Meet the characters and cast

Series regulars

Bailey Hampton as Nikita Tesla

Equal parts brilliant and insufferable, Nikita fully expects to win a Nobel Prize before she finishes high school. Though she’d name Tommy Edison as her best friend, she’s also often at his throat - in the name of science, of course.

Ben Hudson as Boris X

Gullible and sincere, Boris loves two things - his friends and the train. He’s happy with his lot in life as the train’s senior engineer, and would do almost anything to keep things just as they are (which has led to tension in the past with Rory).

Chelsea Curto as Sticky Charley

A grifter with a heart of gold, Sticky Charley is willing to consider any job or meal, no matter how questionable. Though she swears she’s changed her ways, she’s often recruited by Gabrielle for petty crime.

Liz Castillo as Sheriff Aldani

Sheriff Booker-Donovan Sean-Martin Aldani is deeply committed to non-violence and restorative justice - though maybe it hasn’t always been that way. On the Space Train, she’s a level-headed force for peace, who can only be bribed with a Baked Alaska.

Patrick Thornton as Tommy Edison

Picked up from 19th century America, Thomas Edison was dropped onto the Space Train and demoted to snack cart attendant. Enthusiastic, whip-smart, and polite, Tommy’s striving to find a way to show his smarts - or at least his skee ball prowess.

Kaitlyn Zoeller as Rory Rook

A fast-talking reporter from New Space New York, Rory was fired from her Pulitzer prize winning job at the Times when she found herself at odds with the new owner (Nate Callahan). Now she’s writing the truth - with a little extra oomph - in her forthcoming novel.

Sandra Peck Ramsey as Tracey

As the ship’s computer, Tracey is omniscient, omnipresent, and decidedly better than all these gross humans and their weird bodily fluids. Tracey is not quite herself lately - she was duplicated and overwritten by Nikita and Tommy in Season 1.

Lauren Hainley as Gabrielle DuBrasil

The ostensible stable master of the Space Train, Gabrielle may or may not be able to score you something illicit - for a price. If you tell anyone she actually has “values,” “friends,” or “a moral compass,” she will cut you.

Steven Saltsman as Professor Ratskull

Retired from his “mad scientist” days at the Omniversity, Professor Larry P. Ratskull spends his retirement days aboard the Space Train desperate for connection, respect, and someone he can rope into taking a Zumba class with him.

Special Teams

Special Teams players are core cast members who help build out the universe of Space Train, often playing multiple supporting characters in a single episode. They also perform in Space Train’s commercials - two interstitial ads per episode that take place between the main action - and act as “swings,” understudying series regular roles as needed.

Recurring and guest characters

In addition to our usual Space Train company, we are joined most months by a guest actor or two in a featured role. This helps us further develop the story and allows us to work with more actors (or work around availability). Here’s a handful of the additional characters you’ll find aboard the Space Train.

They’re great, right? Ready for more?
